Any established brand with a UAE presence can submit interest for Skyport naming rights. Selection criteria set by the RTA include brand reputation, alignment with Dubai's innovation and sustainability vision, UAE market presence, and commercial terms. Applications are reviewed on an availability basis, given the very limited number of naming rights positions in the network.
The Dubai Media City AUV Skyport naming rights package includes four key assets: the Skyport Gateway Wrap (20m × 3m, terminal car park), the Skyport Landing Crest (5m × 5m, terminal rooftop), the Skyport Arrival Facade (1.5m × 1.5m, terminal entrance), and the Skyport Tower Mark (4m × 1.5m, vertiport parking tower). All asset sizes are subject to final confirmation.
Dubai's first commercial Skyport, DXV at Dubai International Airport, reached technical completion in early 2026. Commercial air taxi services operated by Joby Aviation are expected to commence in 2026. The AUV Skyport at Dubai Media City is the second network location, and naming rights submissions for this site are now open.
The naming rights contract runs for a minimum of three years, starting from the date of the first commercial flight at the relevant Skyport. Any period between contract signature and the first commercial flight date is provided as added value and does not count toward the paid contract term, meaning early signatories gain free pre-launch brand exposure across the Skyport.
